He will never leave you.....

Dear Friend,

He will never leave you or forsake you. It took me a minute for me to understand, it seemed like in some points in my life I would try to shake God. Ha! Shake God??? Psalms 139:8, "If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there." I remember a time in my life when I thought I was all alone, felt like the pits of hell. I remember sitting still one day and hearing God say, "LaKisha, I am always here." The problem was I was trying to feel God, I wanted to sense Him in something and I couldn't, but God said, "Regardless if you can feel me or see me I am here."

Deuteronomy 3:16, "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you." I remember saying one day Lord, who is them? The spirit would say, who every comes against, who ever leaves you, whoever forsakes you. You don't have anything to worry about, I won't be going anywhere, I plan on staying.

So even when we can't feel God, even when we are in our dark places. God is there with us, and He promises that He will never leave or forsake us, He will always make a way. Be encouraged today, God will NEVER leave or forsake you. I am with you always.

Remember God is a God that shall not lie!
