I want you to think about something for a minute. If you have kids, do you make them beg for the things they need (food clothing, shelter etc)? Absolutely not, your kids as a matter of fact you may be offended, if they ask you for that. It's understood that you are to provide, protect and love our kids. They are not required to beg us for those things.
Matthew 6:25, ""Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?
So then why do we spend time begging the FATHER for what we need? He knows exactly what you need.
Matthew 6:26, "Look at the birds of the air: They do not sow or reap or gather into barns—and yet your Heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?…
We are so valuable to God, and He is a good, Father and desires to take care of us. We just have to change our perspective about us and what we mean to Him. We have to understand all we need to do is take it by faith. Check out this short video by Pastor Ron Carpenter, "Stop Begging and Start Declaring!"
