Affirmation....
Dear Friends, Doesn’t it just feel amazing when someone affirms you, or when you can genuinely affirm others. Affirm is defined as, “to validate, confirm.” It is so vital that we affirm God’s word over our lives, and the lives in our presence daily. It is important because affirming God’s word OUT LOUD speaks life into our spirit, soul, and body. “......FOR THE TONGUE CAN KILL OR NOURISH LIFE.” PROVERBS 18:21 AMP Question: Do the words you speak kill or provide nourishment? When speaking negatively over ourselves and others, we are partnering with the enemy of our soul. Whose only job is to steal, kill and destroy according to John 10:10. Our words can hold us and others in bondage. MATTHEW 12:36-37, says “I SAY UNTO YOU, THAT EVERY IDLE WORD THAT MEN SHALL SPEAK, THEY SHALL GIVE ACCOUNT THEREOF IN THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT. FOR BY THE WORDS THOU SHALL BE JUSTIFIED, AND BY THE WORDS THOU SHALL BE CONDEMNED.” Justified-“declared or made righteous in the sight of God.” (Theology Definition) Condemned-“to pronounce guilty.”(Dictionary) Prayer: Lord, may our words towards ourselves and other build up and not tear down. May they give life and not steal, kill, or destroy life. May they affirm what God’ word says about us. In Jesus Name..Amen! Speak the Word Only, Chanda Rose
