Say, I'm a Finisher...

Dear Friend,

I follow a photographer on Instagram. He titles his page Humans of New York. He goes around New York taking pictures of people. He posts the pictures with their stories. This past week a story was done on Danielle Helena. Her post read, I'm a singer and song writer. And a bartender. And a babysitter. On weekends I host four course dinner parties for $65 a platte. And I make soap to sell online. And candles. And tea baths. And hair conditioner. And shampoo. Basically I'm broke. And I need a vacation. But I'm on the move. And I'm not stopping until someone writes me a check for my music. She started off with 1301 followers. In less than an hour she had 10K followers. By the end of the day she had 39.9K followers and everything on her online store was sold out. A follower posted this about her story, Danielle Helena is the perfect example of what it means to do the work now so it will pay off later. She was featured on HONY and less than an hour later she went from 1K to 10K. And it was because she was doing the work. Singing. Creating. Cooking. Her content already existed and was ready to go.

Will you be ready when and if your moment comes? Man that hit me. Her entire story did! When waiting it is so easy o become complacent; to get tired and get in a rut. Yet, friends the waiting, the preparation is often the most important part. It defines us and shapes us for our moment. 2018 is almost over. In these last few weeks it's easy to stop the hustle and just wait for 2019 to come upon us. Don't fall into that trap! It is so important to finish your course. Remain focused. Don't stop the hustle! I continue to be in a season of waiting. I don't know what God's doing or what HE is going to do or when He is going to do it. But what I do know is that I'm trying to be ready for it for whenever it does happen.

My hustle is on 100% from here on out. I'm getting ready for my moment. “Give and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full measure, pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back. Luke 6:38

Abundantly With Love,
