Pray the Word...

Dear Friends,

Praying the word of God makes for powerful praying. Are you praying the word of God over your family, finances, relationships, health, and any area that you need to see grow strong, and be rooted in faith? Prayer is not to be contained within the walls of me, myself, and I. No, our prayers should be kicking down walls in every area of our lives, and the lives of those around us. Paul who was a follower of Christ, told the Church of Ephesus that he prays for them. In wisdom he understood that anyone that we want to see grow strong and be fully blessed, we should never cease in our prayer petitioning the throne of God on their behalf. Paul prayed an anointed prayer in Ephesian 3, that I would like to share with you. I pray that it ignites a fire within you to allow God word to be your weapon of choice for no only yourself, but for those in your sphere of influence.

This Is Paul’s Prayer:

Ephesian 3:14-19, “For this reason I kneel before the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. From him the whole family in heaven and earth derives its name. I pray that from his glorious riches he may strengthen you, with his power, through his Spirit, in your inner being. Thus, may Christ dwell in your hearts through faith. And in love may you put down roots and lay your foundation. May you be empowered with all the holy ones, to grasp how wide and long and deep and high is the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge. So, may you be filled to all the fullness of God.”

This Is My Prayer for You:

Lord, I give you honor and praise for being the giver of life. I thank you that each person reading this devotional knows that you love them unwaveringly. You put your purpose in them before you formed them in their mother’s womb and place your Kingdom on the inside of them. I pray that your Kingdom Comes, and that your will be done in each of their lives. I declare that they are healed and whole, and since there is no lack in the heaven, I decree that there in no lack in their lives here on earth. I thank you that your angels excel in strength in each of their lives and bring about healing, deliverance, salvation, prosperity, and creative miracles. May they grasp for eternity how wide, long, deep, and high is the love of Christ in their lives. May they experience your amazing grace, and abundant life this day. Be it unto each of them according to your word. In Jesus name, AMEN!
