It's On the Way!

Dear Friend, In the convenient digital age, we can access almost anything with the click of a button. On Fridays we like to create a movie night experience in the comforts of our living room. In these moments we’ll eat some pizza and download a movie. But sometimes the WiFi may be slow and the download is delayed. It seems as if the movie is taking forever and will not load. Our kiddos will sometimes become impatient and think that the movie won’t load. And all I’ll simply say is wait, “It’s on the way.” The promises of the Kingdom can likened to this moment. There are times we wait in expectation and it seems like there’s a delay and it won’t happen. The delay doesn’t negate the promise. We just have to be patient! Don’t be moved by what looks like glitching and buffering. The promise still stands. And if we remain steadfast, “strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, we will know that nothing we do for the Lord is ever useless.” (1 Corinthians 15:58) It will manifest! Ask God for grace to exercise patience in the moments that look delayed. His promises are true and we just have to stay in agreement with what He has already said! Enduring patiently, Jess
