Trusting God
Dear Friends,
There are fourteen days left in this year! Come on and let’s give God praise for that! I am sure there were many times over the course of this year, that you didn’t know how you would finish this year out. Well guess what??? BUT GOD!!! He is so faithful, and worthy!! We may not have the answers to every question right now, we may not see how it’s all going to work out with our natural eyes. This may be a time of loneliness in our lives. However, can I encourage you, as I encourage myself to keep trusting Him, even when you can’t trace Him. The Psalmist David had revelation trusting God to provide for His life.
Psalm 34:10 (NLT), “Even strong young lions sometimes go hungry, but those who trust in the Lord will lack no good thing.”
King James Dictionary defines “Trust” 1. Confidence; a reliance or resting of the mind on the integrity, veracity, justice, friendship or sound principle of another person.
There are many promises in God’s word concerning trusting Him. Each promise will always bring about manifestation in our lives. We will finish 2019 trusting a credible God, and we will keep putting the full weight of our confidence (trust) in His word. He will finish what He started, and we will finish well.
Philippians 1:6 (TPT), “I pray with great faith for you, because I’m fully convinced that the One who began this glorious work in you will faithfully continue the process of maturing you and will put His finishing touches to it until the unveiling of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Proverbs 3: 5 (TPT), “Trust in the Lord completely, and do not rely on your own opinions. With all your heart rely on him to guide you, and he will lead you in every decision you make.
Isaiah 26:3 (NKJV), “You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.”
Psalm 37:4-6 (TPT), “4) Make God the utmost delight and pleasure of your life, and he will provide you what you desire the most. 5) Give God the right to direct your life, and as you trust him along the way you’ll find he pulled it off perfectly! 6) He will appear as your righteousness, as sure as the dawning of a new day. He will manifest as your justice, as sure and strong as the noonday sun.”
Trusting Him,
Chanda Rose
