God's Got This!

Dear Friend,

Have you ever been in a place, in which you felt like you can't do something, I mean you have said to yourself there is no way that I can do this. I have to be honest, I've been at the point and I wanted to give up or walk away. I was thinking recently when God gave me instructions for something (a new assignment). I started to think, God I don't have the capacity for this. I don't know how to do what you are requiring of me. I have never been this way before, and to be honest I just don't know how.

And to hear the Lord reply, "I never asked you to, I only asked you to say yes." Because I am sending you someone who will remind you of all things, and teach you all things (see John 15:26-27), will you say, Yes?

Faith is a scary thing, trusting God to be God when you are outside of your "comfort zone", is never easy, but if you will commit to let God lead the way, He will. The thing that I have learned most this year, is God is asking me to Trust Him and then He will give you the strength, wisdom, courage and all you need in Christ Jesus. I remember God leading me to this scripture spoken by Brother Paul, as I was about to talk myself out of my "new assignment", Phil 4: "11 Not that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content. 12 I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. 13 I can do all things through him who strengthens me. With the Holy Spirit putting highlights on "things through him" who strengthens me. Which reminds me, it's not on me anyway, God has this.
